Home Staging Consultation
During the scheduled appointment of up to 2 hours, we provide the homeowner and/or agent with a verbal consultation and checklist, identifying the areas that need attention, items which should be moved or removed, actions to be taken prior to taking MLS photos (including paint colors and repair work) and provide advice as to what furniture and/or accessory items may be needed in order to further showcase the home's features.

*A written, comprehensive report can be provided to the homeowner and/or agent, which will highlight by room, the changes suggested. If additional furniture and/or accessory items are needed, these will be outlined as well. Cost: $75
*Hands-on Staging
of Occupied Homes
Hands-on staging of an occupied home is scheduled once the verbal consultation is completed. After the consultation, we will determine how many hours will be necessary to complete the staging.
2- Hour Touch-Ups - $350
Each additional 30 minutes, $100
This is for homes that need a light touch-up before taking photos for the MLS. We offer hands-on home staging that will give your property the emotional appeal buyers will instantly connect with.
Half-Day Staging (4 hours)** $700
Half Day Home Staging is for the house that is almost ready to show. We focus on key room transformations, making those rooms warm and inviting to the potential buyer. We work with furnishings you currently own and will suggest other pieces and accessories if needed, for a more profitable home sale.
Full-Day Staging (up to 8 hours)** $1400
Full Day Home Staging is for those homes that need a little more attention. We will use an entire day making dramatic changes to your home. We will focus on the main living areas, and after a full day of staging, you will have the show-ready home that buyers are searching for.
